Sweet and Spicy Salad Dressing

The ingredients that we provide through our curated boxes make fantastic additions to any dish, and in this recipe we show you that when combined together they can knock your socks off! To make this sweet and spicy salad dressing we used Sakariacha hot sauce (a small batch version of Sriracha) and cedar smoked salt from Sakari Farms, elderberry balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil from Séka Hills and honey from Honey Lodge. This is delicious as a dressing for a simple green salad, as a drizzle for asparagus or would also be perfect mixed with heartier greens like kale and cabbage.

Servings: 6
Time: 5 minutes

4 Tbsp Séka Hills Extra Virgin California Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Séka Hills Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp Sakari Farms Sakariacha hot sauce

1 tsp Honey Lodge honey

Pinch of Sakari Farms Cedar Smoked Salt (to taste)

Add each of the ingredients to a lidded jar and then shake vigorously to mix. This can be made fresh or kept up to a week or two in the fridge. Just remember to bring it to room temperature in advance of using so you can shake it up again.
