The Red Lake Nation is the only tribe in the US that grows & harvests its own Manoomin (wild rice) on local lands. As a Tribally owned company, they are dedicated to producing unique specialty products which represent their cultural heritage for the benefit of over 10,000 citizens of the Red Lake Nation. 

Although it resembles rice, wild rice is actually an aquatic grass seed which boasts higher nutrition than regular rice, with more protein, minerals, and B vitamins per serving. It’s also low in fat and, like other pseudograins (such as quinoa and flaxseed), gluten free.
