We have three sauces for you to choose from:
Belize Me is inspired by the spicy and fruity hot sauces of the Caribbean. Featuring Scotch Bonnet peppers, Mango, a Maruga Scorpion pepper or two for sting, Garlic, Carrots and Onion to round it out. Excellent on fish, grilled meat, breakfast and ice cream! If you like hot wings this makes epic spicy wings and this is a great one to combine in marinades.

Cascadia Lava, like the name implies, is hot! This one is for the pepper heads, a complex recipe with many levels that highlights all of the hottest peppers they grow. Made in small batches with a mix of superhot peppers including: Carolina Reapers, Maruga Scorpions, 7 Pot, Pepper B, White Habanero, Chocolate Bhutlah, Peach Reapers and Ghost. This sauce ranks up with the hottest all pepper hot sauces out there.

Fire Roasted Hot Sauce is smokey, fire roasted goodness in a bottle thanks to the Jalapeños smoked over oak and apple wood and the roasted Tomatillos, Onion and Garlic. A favorite for the kids or those who don’t like it too spicy. Don’t expect a bottle to last long!

Sakariacha is their take on the famous Sriracha. Made in a traditional way by fermenting the peppers first then combining with garlic, fish sauce and vinegar. It is superb with great depth of flavor. Compliments breakfast very well and a must for most Southern Asian cuisine. Available seasonally until the bottles run out.

Salsa Morada Hot Sauce is a special Mole all its own thanks to the purple Buena Mulata peppers they grow on the farm. Use it with enchiladas, tacos or even just on tortilla chips. These bottles are only available until the peppers are gone.
